Track 3 - Long term programme

For applications that have already proven their quality or that can demonstrate to be embedded in a solid organisation and approach. These are projects seeking to intensify, expand and/or upscale activities, and so to ensure continuity and sustainability.

Facts and figures- Track 3

The available grant sum is capped at € 3,280,000 per deadline.

Applications can be submitted for grants of between € 50,000 and € 500,000.

The grant may serve to cover not more than 50% of the total budget.

Runtime 2-4 years Maximum of 2 applications tender system: all applications are scored in terms of criteria and then ordered in terms of overall score.

Practical conditions - Track 3

  • Your project is due to start, at the earliest, 13 weeks after submitting your complete application.
  • The review term is 13 weeks.
  • The applications are reviewed by an external advisory committee according to a tender system: all applications are scored in terms of criteria and then ordered in terms of overall score. Applications are then granted starting from the top down, until the available budget is depleted.
  • The development project application includes at least two of the following phases: design, implementation, evaluation, further development, and embedding.
  • Your project has a minimum duration of two years and a maximum duration of 4 years at most, and will start within not later than 9 months after submitting the grant application.
  • Your project will not start before the grant has been awarded.
  • Not more than 2 applications can be granted within Track 3 (not simultaneously).
  • You will work with LKCA to share, develop and monitor knowledge with regard to (minimally) the projects monitor and meetings of the national knowledge sharing programme.
