For Unlocked, a group of young makers had themselves locked up for 24 hours to create a performance together. Unlocked took place in Tilburg (Art-Fact), but sought out collaboration with international partners in Manchester (Contact Theatre) and Antwerp (Fameus), where other groups of young people were given the same assignment. Online collaboration with strangers across the border led to a joint (online) performance.
The Art-Fact Foundation (Tilburg) was established to promote, develop and set up activities that bring amateur art to the attention of the widest possible audience. Art-Fact is a local culture fund, platform and intermediary and an independent discussion partner and advisor for the municipality of Tilburg, among others.
This project is supported by the International cooperation scheme.
This video is part of a series of project portraits. The Fund wants to use these portraits to demonstrate the impact of the supported projects.
