Talent Development 2025-2028

Do you have an eye for talent? Do you encourage their creative development through activities such as coaching, training, workshop mentoring or production groups? Or do you give talent a stage at festivals or competitions, where they learn from each other and from professionals? The Multi-Year Talent Development Scheme supports cultural institutions, festivals and competitions that give amateur art talent the opportunity to develop themselves further.

This scheme is aimed at institutions that combine a thoughtful vision of their role in the cultural domain with coherent and relevant activities. This vision and activities focus on achieving outcomes. Recipients are given the opportunity to work over a longer period to improve, renew and make their organisations more sustainable.
